then they just need to get the mac addy's and switch when it's time to renew
no one should expect that a reseller or otherwise would go thru the hassle of manually switching everything over
their customers paid a service and still have access to what they paid for
if customers want to flip from ok2 to ok4 that's on the customer
you don't get a refund cause your burger went cold while eating it...lol

that has to be the worst analogy I have ever seen

if you want to use burgers it would be more like this

I ordered and paid for a burger a day for 30 days ...

after a couple of weeks they change the rules and if I want my burger I would have to buy some buns and bring one with me if I wanted the burger I already paid for ...

most people would complain and ask for a refund
