And once you read through the link that DU posted above, you can go to this post to get the actual files needed and put them on a small microSD card that is formatted as FAT32.
Be patient when you do it. At one point the box will seem lifeless. Leave it alone, do NOT try to power cycle it. It will eventually power up on it's own. Can seem dead for up to a long 3 minutes or so (3 minutes is long when you are staring at the box). Very tempted to power cycle it, just don't
