    Default 91 channels?

    I did a scan on my box a V2 and I see I am only getting 35 channels on 91 (I have done all the changes) and almost 600 channels on 82 ? I checked with my meter I am still locked on 91. Can a lnb start to fail would it show this? new cable and switch as well.
