I took a 2lb chuck roast, placed it in a oven cooking bag, poured a can of French Onion soup on it, cut up Potatoes into small cubes and sliced carrots and put them in it as well, a little bit of celery chopped up, salt and pepper, sealed the bag with the little draw tie that it came with, baked at 350* for 2 hours....Mmmm...it came out so tender, juicy and just melted in your mouth....

Just fulled the meat from some of last night's left over dry rubbed ribs and mixed it an egg. Made an omelette with it. The seasoning from the ribs took care of all the flavors. Good way to get rid of left overs

And ... for tonight ... Spanish Goat with a whole bottle of red wine ... and a bunch of seasoning and veg. Slow cook for about 4 hours in the oven. Goat might not be everyone's cup of tea but with the right seasoning and cooking method, it is quite delishes served with some potatos/rice and your favorite veg.

Actually prefer the taste of goat to lamb, even though quite similar.
