Toninght is bonless turkey breast with mashed potatoes and gravy with stove top stuffing and baby carrots.

Huge special at Loblaws in Quebec so I picked up some lobster for tonight.

Made a pasta salad with mini shells, red and yellow cherry tomatoes, fresh water-packed mozarella, julienned basil, and kalamata olives dressed with extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, oil-packed sun dried tomatoes, minced garlic, and capers.

Accompanied by a large glass of red wine.
