    Default Harmony one remote

    I've got an Harmony one that's been bared from their web site because it was ruled defective by logitech therefore I can't go on line and update my activities. I just found out that it was the charger that was defective not the remote therefore I 'd like to go back in and modify the activities on it but I can't Logitech bared it. Is there a way that I can go back in?

    there should be an email address below the message to contact them........they usually ban the remotes if they have been found defective and resold as being new.....try the email addy.....or contact the reseller......
