    Making a game out of weight loss is easer than fighting. It is simple and easy. First imagine you took a pill which cut your appetite. Than every time you start to eat, have two tablespoons and stop and notice how full you feel. Push the plate away and go get a drink of water. When you get hungry say to yourself I will eat but right now I am too busy. With this way you can eat what you want only in small amounts. After a while your stomach will shrink and you will fee full on smaller amounts. If you fail start again and you don’t need to feel bad because it is only a game

    To add something. If you can add a hobby that improves your fitness at the same time, then it can make it easier.

    I am involved with OpenStreetMaps and I want to improve the maps. So to help, I have a bike mount for my GPS and going to ride my bike around the areas that need to be tracked. I get exercise and help the project.

    It is really some good tips and if anyone wants fun while losing weight then he/she can do this. But sometimes it becomes difficult to say that I am busy and not to eat.

    It may seem like these are problems to worry about in the future, but time flies by and tomorrow becomes today. By keeping your weight in the healthy range, you're less likely to be troubled by illnesses in your later years.

    I like the comment above,but in my point of view it does't matters how much you eats main thing is what kind of food your eats.Because we should eat healthy food with normal routine.Whats wrong with this formula?Because it is not a good way to put the person on fasting.Eats vegetables,fruits and do little bit exercise this is enough
