    Default Inglis built in oven shows F1

    HI i have a Inglis Royal built in oven modle 305 that shows an F1 error code on the OVEN display followed by 3 beeps can anyone tell me what this means THANKS

    Your best bet is to find your entire model and/or serial number and then insert that number into a search engine. Depending where you reside, the states or Canada you could have different manufacturers, so therefore didn't parts.

    Mostly everything I have read though is that it is either a bad heating element and/or a bad EOC (clock module).

    Probably a Whirlpool, I believe F1 is touchpad error....try unplugging or shutting off breaker for 15 minutes then reset. It will probably show PF ...just clear that and hope you don't need a touchpad (pcb)...depends on the age of the unit as to what F1 refers to......does it have a glass touchpad....does the error come up as soon as the breaker is reset or does the error come up when you try to start the oven?
