missing tp on bev 91w

hello, I need your help, i'm using a captiveworks800 with an iks p$ working perfectly with charlie. My clue is that i'm missing 2 transponder on BEV 91 sat... those tp are 12530 and 12384. I tried to scan auto, blind and separate transpoder and no siganl or chanel at all... I have no signal regarding those tp, even when I connect to my legit dish directly to the box, this dish give me all tp to my legit bev box, but missing 2 tp on my captiveworks.... Can someone have the same issue or any ifo to help...

My setting; P$ server using dongle, 2.52 files, lnb freq 11250,osc-dp, legacy SW none, connected to 110, 119 and 91 using a switch 4x2, both 110, 119 are going very well but missing tp on 91. this week end I tried do reset everything and conected only my 91w bird whitout any switch and connecting alone on one dish directly to my box, same result missing 2 tp....

not sure about your set-up Can you post how you have your lnbs set-up?
you have 3 single lnbs? dishpro lnbs? they have dp on them in black letters?going to a 4x2? Identify the switch please

I'm using 2 dish, 1 one with dp lnb for charlie 110, 119 and 1 normal lnb for bev 91 connecting to a chieta switch 4to1.
I hope the setting you request from me is my antenna setting...

I Foud my problem but I need help to resolve it.... So. When I connect my second dish (bev) using a single lnb into the input of my dppro (charlie) that work but missing some tp on bev only... If I connect directly my receiver to the single lnb all tp work perfectly... same issue if I use my legit Bev dish directly to my receiver with dppro, all tp are go... If a use a disec chieta 4x1 switch same result with missing tp on bev... I'm not sure, correct me if I'm worng but disec switch wont work with dppro??? Last thing that I would try is using a 2x1 22khz switch... Is this can resolve my issue???? If you have another way to it right let me know... is what I got to test if you have anoter way to do it; 2 dish with dppro and 1 using 2 single lnb, a chieta 4x1 switch
