NFPS Server Up/Down Thread

When I ask a question, as stupid as it may seem to you, it is only because I have exhausted everything else! I tried both ip and name servers and also pinged both (can not connect),I rebooted all systems, checked donation status (good till May). This is expressly why I asked if my ISP might be blocking NFPS. Thanks for your gracious help!
