nano net applications and options

Hi Everyone,

When I go under net applications on nano 2, there are lots options to choose from:

Dream
Homeplus
NuevoXtream
EPCS
Privatenet to MV server
Dream/NuevoXtream

How do I know which one to choose from? Not all of them have same field to fill.
