is service down? was freezing a lot last few days and been up and down. Newer customer and service hasn't been solid since I sign on, had better luck with other service for half the price. Hope this gets up and running soon.

And these few days it was a holiday and they have familys or stop complaining and wait like everyone else or order a sub

I keep hearing this server is the best but yet south is down often.... 2015 of to a good start!! but nothing we can do about it., just wait it out I guess... south is still down
