you really should contact your reseller. I am sure that's where you will find a solution to your problem.

i am also having a problem with rocket. took hours to connect and now server is connected, i can not get any channels only free channel 9590. I scanned 642 channels on 110, no signal on 119 or 129. What can I do.

Up here...I would try powering the stb off and back on...if that doesn't work then reboot router and or stb. If still no joy then you may want to check to see if the code is still active.

i am also having a problem with rocket. Codes find cant connect to server right port setting work last night now cant connect to server

dam i am out of options, Is rockets site down for everyone? I tried 3 computers and all down. I can not check to see if code is still up but i am 100% sure it is good. I just renewed my membership 3 or 4 months ago and it was working fine 5 days ago. The guide even populates.
