    Default Changing Channels

    Just purchased receiver and can only change channels using the EPG. Can not change channels with the up/down arrows or by entering the channel numbers with the remote.

    Check that you are on "all sats".

    press the SAT button on your remote, then choose "All Sats".

    Thank you for your help, I solved it by going to favorites & pressing the red button.

    Yes, but you need a plug in module which is a seperate item.

    I have a Dreamlink HD. The picture is as good as the Dreamlink & the EPG is better.
