It is up most of the time. Do you have the right info? Should contact your reseller and see if the info they gave you is connecting.

thanks to my reseller good job.
I have a question for the other users of this service.
Do any of you also have a d1$h service on the same box as the b$v?

Because apparently I got disconnected because I have 2 services on the same box....

if you using the service on a non working channel some receivers will switch to dn server looking for cw. when the mismatch happens the server removes you. so best to use one at a time.

Boy that wasn't down very long now was it? what a whole 2 minutes? this is really getting to me to many to criticize and not enough to praise when things are going good.
I don't care what anyone says these guy with BevIKStv are doing a good job in light of the hardships they had to go through right off the hop,when others had shut their door without an explanation leaving many stranded.
Kudos to the resellers and techs at BevIKStv for your hard work man

I had that same problem for 2 days, saying connected but nothing was coming in. I unplugged my receiver from the wall and let it be for 20+ hours. Eventually it came back up.
