Adding channel MachTV panel - 'add channel' option missing from toolks?

Hi all,
The add channel option from within Panel has gone the last few days? How do I add the channel to my Roku? I can not find any posts about this so wonder if I am missing something obvious?

you need to get the new channel from your dealer... who sells you the panel or the the code.
