not scanning in HD...scanning in SD but nothing !!!...do you have a way to have it ???

Do not have said ser. but it's possible the one in SD is black at the moment but HD has a screen. Not scanning could be a hardware issue...hard to say. What is the stb and are you getting Q&S on tp 12311/119? If you are getting good Q&S on one tp then you should be getting it on all the conus tp's as a rule. So I wouldn't think dish alignment would be the issue and causing a scanning problem.
