In my opinion your going to see more channels being added to that sat and to the west due to the soon migration of hevc and the position in the sky also age of the birds in those locations. Btw im friends with a very small broadcaster of pvu. recently they moved many of his services to 101 and kept the pvu encryption. lets hope it stays that way and we stay small enough to remain a fly on the wall.
