No good, constant freezing

Still not able to connect to server. One day here and there just ain't getting it for me. Think I'm going to start looking for another provider. This has been going on now for the past month or so.

Try restarting you box and your router. been up here for 2 days now with no disconnects.

Freezing continuing into today as well.

freezing had been very minimal on my end. nothing to complain about personally. just have to give them time to iron out the bugs.

i would imagine its pretty tough to do when you cant predict the load thats going to be put on a setup. 10 users hitting a server vs 10,000 users hitting a server is going to have a different results. they could have built their setup to host 5000 users and could be over that limit especially with NFPS dropping off and people scrambling to get service back. so it seems they where not prepared for the dropping of NFPS and their setup wasnt built to handle the flood of new people.

That means you don't over sell your service.If your running it you know how many you can handle.So don't take anyone new until you are ready.Or drop a few channels to compensate.A hand full of good channels is better then all of them if they are freezing constantly. Thats what my sister tells me any ways.

It’s the HD channels that are freezing badly. SD pretty good.

Neighbour tells me even some Sd channels like ch192 freeze too much to watch. He hopes they can get back to minimal freeze or its just useless

My neighbor says most channels are down and the ones that are up are freezing too bad to watch, its too bad if the reason is because of over selling their service because it used to be a good server but if it continues the way is has been lately most people will either change to an alternate source or just go legit no matter what the cost its kind of like cheap smoke if its no good then its no good it doesn't matter how cheap it is its still not worth waisting any money on.
