    Not nice to get cut off for no reason is it. Surprising what a few bucks in the right direction will do. By the way mine works just fine.

    Everyone that works hard in any capacity deserves a vacation......but appropriate personnel is normally put in place to avoid any sort of real breakdown.

    Not that this is a serious breakdown but it surely is causing problems for re sellers to be buy credits and to be able to fix channel loss.

    Rant over....lol

    no new update still can't get a hold of them
    I don't think they on vacation as they normally email me if going to be away

    I am just a reseller
    It is very strange as they normally stay in contact with me and keep me informed of stuff happening.
