it's possible he is. My neighbor has an NfusionHD that is getting all the channels that regularily work. Problem might be related to how the server is treating requests from different receivers

If they are both Ottawa stations, both are working on the NFusion

My nFusion HD channels are mostly up, including the 200s. However, my Nano Premium 200s channels are mostly down, including some 500s. Usually, the Nano Premium has all channels up after a server black out, but now this is the opposite. Rescan and recycle power do nothing. Is this a server problem? I see a lot of discussion on this subject. Hopefully, someone have the answer.

my vsat 9000 is up on some channels but not on others that are currently down so i am active

Looks like it's a server issue! Come-on guys, reboot the server
