That's sad...and also I begin now to understand Michel because for us French speaking Canadians living in Quebec, we're watching more French shows than English, so this outage that takes now too long to be resolved really disappoint us...

I also watch English TV that's why I speak not so bad... but the French channels are the most important.

Please I don't want anyone telling me "Oh, if you're not happy go with the legit way"...No if I've taken b3vikstv it's because it's way too expensive for my budget to pay 40 bucks just for the basic package?! It doesn't make sense at all...and we just want some news from the owner about what's going on with the service, and there is nothing we really know...and we feel like ignored as we have paied not for nothing tho...we still have paied for a service that we expect to receive.

I'm not blaming you at all satb, you have all my respect because you've answered faster than Bell in the mails, threw all my questions correctly and I have nothing to say against you personally, with the great service you offered to all of us! I just find this, sad that it lasts more than expected.
