After reading the last few post here about how fast everyone was up and running after ordering their code I am kind of wondering if maybe my neighbor got something wrong on his end he put all his info from his order in a few hours ago and still has no connection, I'm gonna tell him to reset everything starting with modem to see if that helps...He's really looking forward to checking out this server....

my uncles nephew received his codes 5 hours ago still not connecting to server,he emailed their customer service and was told it was active.He emailed customer service again a couple hours ago and no response from them

A complete re-boot of modem and receiver is needed on new service quite often.

Rebooted all and still waiting here, reboot has nothing to do with connecting to server, account has to be activated , like sat9182 says could take up to 12 hours

Well, that's just not true.....often times it does. But if your account hasn't been activated than obviously your right, a re-boot won't do diddly.
