Same here, had this service almost 2 months, freezes daily.

running fine for 99% of people
are you wired or wireless ? try hard wired
are you fta or provider ird ----- provider irds dont work as well as they do not know what cards have what channels and have to go threw all till they find the one with the channel you want

No it isn't just you ! My Neighbor said yesterday she went down on one of the links sent by reseller and hooked to the second one and she was back up and now today she is down completely. Nothing wrong with her setup it is the suppliers end for sure.
But I will say she has been very happy with this service said hardly ever have any problems or freezing so is very surprised at having these probs last couple days.
Said she sent email from site and is waiting to hear back. She is hoping all is okay and just doing maintenance.

nothing wrong with server the last posted fred1438 did not even have our service

and if the server was down would be a lot of people posting

I am down this morning. I have tried rebooting router/modem and stb with no luck.
Is anyone else having issues this morning.
I do have to say Best service I have ever tried!! Hands Down!!

Update: So I found that the ethernet cable unplugged for some reason (the little tab was broken).
So plugged that back in and all is good!

Well I just renewed and a friend of mine also yesturday and its still not working .I was suppose to terminate on the third of sept and they cut me off on the second. Now If I check until when I will terminate it all ready say in 3 months from now.
What gives I never had trouble with them ?

and i told you via email and pm your acounts are fine i even checked them with my own box and work fine issue is at your end
make sure all is input correct

i have not charged you yet i can just cancel if you want as its all good on our end

after 4 or 5 pm's / emails with you

you need to post no one else is having issues and i even tried your codes myself
