I am able to get a few channels now. As sat9182 said we wait it out until it's repaired.

we have shut most channels off untill line is fixed
see above channels should be up limiting to them channels should help make them channels work without freezing for now until repair

Thanks for keeping everyone informed, 402 is not listed and a lot of people say it is sometimes working sometimes not is there a reason we have issues so often with that channel?

getting lots of freezing looks like ecm to me
