lnb for 119/118.7 is circular. So probably will not work for 97.

No, the LNB for 119/118 will not work on 97W, as the 118 part of the dual LNB is still a circular polarized LNB, you will need a second linear LNB for that, and maybe a second dish, as the beam spread from 119 to 97 is too large (22 degrees) for a dish with a 110/119/118 LNB setup. (dish 500+)
