Sorry if i am posting in the wrong place, my brother was watching tv yesterday morning, left home for 4 hours and when he came home he had "scramble channel" and no tv, he tried hard reboot of stb and router with no luck, checked cables all seem fine, checked network settings and it says connection is ok, any ideas?
