I was gonna just factory reset it and start all over but now Ill wait till they respond from the RMA Ticket.
Did the ticket. How long does it usually take? A few days excluding the weekend?

V20201219 And 4.0.494 update to date, the 496 is not relased yet, you can not get update to that, ask whom ever has it to find how he got that.
