Default cover of HP Probook 450 G1

Has anyone who owns an HP Probook 450 G1 finds that the top cover of this laptop has a "sticky" feeling.
Wonder why this is so? I tried to search for an answer, but couldn't find one.

I wonder what could be done to erase this "stickiness"?

It's on the outside cover where the HP logo is.
When you close the laptop and you put your hand on top you feel this "stickiness"
What can be done to erase this
