Was it working before ? did your account/donation EXPIRE ? need more info to help you better

havent used in a while im good till the end of the year i have 2 accounts tried both my t5 just got working 5 minutes ago but my sd says server cant connect i only need it for 91 thx in advance,, ill try doing a factory reebot again... thank you..
