I'll have to check when I get home. Still at work right now but I am thinking I haven't gotten an update since last year shortly after I bought it. I have cleared the cache for the app as well and even turn the app off but as soon and you turn the box off and on again it restarts the health services app all over again. It is the only annoying thing to happen to the box but still like the box and think its the best box I have owned.
I check stuff out when I get home......maybe there will be an update waiting for me.

If you want the buzz 5 software enter 2015 after you check update from homepage This puts you on a list for the beta the following week
If you still don't have update email buzz with your current version (menu button) and your mac addy

Thank you. I am going to have to try that tonite. I still have the version from April 2021 and tried multiples times last night to see if I had an update for the box. There was no update.

ohh now I get it lol. So there is no new firmware update for the buzz4900 and the last update was April 2021?

As stated there is an update but you have to ask for it They need your current version and mac addy

Got mine updated and thanks for the help nobodyspecial and DU. Love the buzz 4900
