Freezing Issue in VOD

The last couple of days I'm noticing freezing every 30 or so seconds. The video does a quick freeze(just enough to notice) but the audio isn't effected. Just an FYI, I haven't watched any movies for a few months so not sure when this actually started. I've watched about five different movies all with the same type of freezing. This is happening on two different servers which leads me to believe it's a box issue. The firmware says it's current V20220923, IPTV Version 5.0.793.

No players, just mac address for both servers
Or are you talking about the default, Secondary and external players in the box?

In the "Configuration Settings" Live TV is set at Primary, VOD & TV Series is set at Backup and Buffer Time is 3 seconds.

Yes try external That will be vlc

Yes try the other two If you have the same issue with vlc it's likely a server issue

Changed to external and set to VLC. Seems to be working good now. Thanks

Can you test the primary player If there is an issue with both buzz players it needs to be fixed

change vod/tv series to primary

Changed to primary from external and no freezing. Decided to go to backup again and started freezing immediately.
