sure you can but it is against the t.o.s.
operating a paid service if found its done
but you know there are workarounds for that
too.

whats interesting about plex is where the streams
come from. i set up a personal server got streams from googling
"index of movies" heres one of many

in the old days we used to get these for use on xbmc/kodi/navi-x
many iptv servers have vod streams that are redirected to m3u8 not requiring
the username/passwords just the raw stream so many places to get streams.
Plex is about restreamng though just old and not protected.......
