    Question Buzz tv2 app

    Hi all, has anyone experienced the "buzztv 2 app has stopped working" error? My friends box had this happen every now and then which was no biggie but now she can't get on live tv without the error poping up and closing it down. The VOD and 24/7's work great .Have tried clearing cache and rebooting. Can anyone offer advice/solution to fix this? I read through some posts and it was suggested to: C&P "
    Reinstall buzztv and turn off notifications. Until the issue is resolved. This will stop it from updating". I'm not super savy with IPTV and neither is she so any help is appreciated! Should i get her to delete the app and redownload from app store?

    Uninstall updates and let them reinstall

    Thanks, i will try this. Is there a how to thread on this, uninstalling the updates? Sorry, i'm new to IPTV.

    its in the same place you cleared your cache

    settings ,more,apps,system apps....

    This happens on certain channels.... Please list the channel that you are on and what iptv service you use..

    Great, thank you.

    She's on OK2, i'm not sure which channel it was left on before it started. As soon as live tv is selected, the error box pops up, closes, and the app reboots. I will try the above and report back.

    i had to clear data once too which involves re-inputting your server info

    Im having the same issue here with goldtv service but notnall the channels..

    Update: it did come back after reinstalling updates, thanks for your support all!
    Peruplay, try the steps mentioned above and it should fix the problem, good luck.

    Thanks! changing the default video player to "new" fixed the issue for now...

    almost the same issue here: sometimes. when i start the box , then a window pop up on the home scren of buzztv3000 bix :" has stopped × close app" and i had to press OK to close the Window.
    i uninstall uodate buzz tv2 app, and reinstalled them i cleared cache but the issue still remains. any suggestion except the reset? thx

    I know this is a very old thread but I have a client having this issue. My questions is, if I have them uninstall the updates, will he still be able to re-install the updates seeing how old this box is?

    The latest update can be put on a USB so no worries

    So the only way to get back to 352 (I think) is by usb? I have that file but then I would have to get him the stick somehow unless its posted here somewhere......
