Ooooouuu !! It's a violent world eh?

The other day I was watching a video of a fish market in "wet market" China
where the worker was fileting a,,, what looked to be a 6 or 7 pound fish, so he was
cutting this thing up in pieces,, but the thing is,, the thing was alive when he started
he started by cutting it open at the belly and removing the insides ,, followed by cutting
it's head off and throwing it to the side, and finished by filleting the body into 6 parts
while all along the fish head was puckering off at the side

I thought ,,, Daaaaaanm !! that fish's day couldn't get worse, and I was wrong cause someone took it home and fried it !!
