I know that is exactly as per online manual, but something is missing on point #7 (the factory reset of remote).

    Press + DEL ?

    Code:
    https://buzztv.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/BuzzTV-ARQ-200s-Remote-Manual-v3.pdf
If you refer to the MX3 style generic remotes (which these are a customized version of), they say "press [TV]+[Del] buttons together for three seconds to restore to manufacture setting"
Unfortunately, there is no [TV] or [DEL] buttons on the ARQ200 at least.

The [TV] and [DEL] button on the MX3 generic remotes are where the PGDN and PGUP buttons are respectively on the ARQ200. However will they reset the remote? I have no clue. I tried it on my ARQ200 and it doesn't seem to do anything. But then again, I don't see what it would reset ? Unlike the MX3 remotes, there are no IR learning keys on the ARQ200 (which is what it typically resets on those). The colored button shortcuts are assigned on the box.

There is nothing really to reset, so I don't think it is an issue. That section of "manual" should have just been removed.
