remote backlight XRS4500
Just got the XRS 4500 today for a friend and the backlight on the remote will not work. I can get to the on screen menu and can adjust the mouse speed but it won't let me go up to toggle the backlight. I also checked under bluetooth and it shows BT-400 connected. Any help appreciated as the remote buttons are really hard to see without any lighting......

I unpaired the remote but now it won't reconnect. It still works but not connected bluetooth. I hit the 'home' and 'OK' to get into pairing but doesn't connect. Now it also doesn't show the backlight option anymore.
Got it going with a factory reset and letting it sit on the light on/off option for a few seconds till it lit up like the mouse options.
