Won't load

I'm trying out a new server. It will load on my Formuler X 10 but will not load on my Buzz X5. I've inputted the URL numerous time in case I made a mistake but no success. Any ideas???

When I click on live tv it goes to the screen that says " Loading channel list" and keeps trying to load

are you using vpn? if not then try vpn. also, whats the buzztv app version do you have?

Not sure what you mean. I just went into settings/ server settings/ xc api and entered the info.
