    Default buzz X5 TURNING OFF at start up

    My buzz x5 goes thru full start hand shake etc and goes to part without sound or picture.I have to unplug unit & plug back in in order for it to work!

    how long are you waiting before unplugging?
    did you try epg even though no video/sound?

    A while back, I had a similar issue with one of my 4900 units, and it turned out to be a flaky HDMI cable.

    i called the iptv supplier and he said they had server issues and were working on it. I also replaced the HDM1 cables.Seems to be working now! Thanks!
