Port and Starboard watch sections at sea, one half is on duty one day the other half is off, switches back and forth at midnight.

And I remember swim call, had a dip in the deepest part of the Pacific, a bit UN-nerving having 36,000 feet of water below you, but you know you wont hit bottom after that swan dive from the 06 level.
