    Can anyone point me in the right direction.

    What program can I use to stream a M3U source through a windows PC

    google iptvsmarters pro for windows break down the m3u into the user pass and domain of portal and input the info

    this ones good been using on my Onn box too as well as my htpc
    using it about 2 years only had a small little add box for a short time that was it
    pretty much add free.just a smarters rebrand without all the crap.
