Default All channels are in favorite

I setup a new Dreamlink T5 , everything works OK except all the channels show up on my favorite list, I deleted my favorites and repacked them, but I can't get rid of those un choose channels. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong.

Hi, I have a new problem with my T5 , all of the channels work well except the comedy channel 625 , it always shows bad or no signal and the signal line is red , does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem.

have you changed out the Power adapter recently ? because if you are getting the bad/no signal message showing up on TV Screen then it is most likely the Power adapter failing, or you are having heat issues which can cause all sorts of problems
from rebooting, signal issues, etc. For the power adapter you need one that's 12v 3.5-6amp for the T5 to operate correctly
Also you shouldn't be running/using any FTA Box with-out supplemental Cooling Measures (fans) to keep the components
inside the box from over heating.
