    Default The buzz logo looping

    Good evening,

I am not sure if this is a coincidence but for the first time I have received 2 buzz e5 boxes with the exact same problem from different end users .

Both of these boxes have been in use from 3-7 months and we’re working great until today.

The boxes are powered up and just the buzz logo is stuck in a loop.

It never boots up to the Home Screen.

I have attempted a number of times for the box to boot up to the Home Screen with no such luck . That logo is stuck in a continuous loop.

Fortunately I was able to recover both boxes by doing the factory reset option through the AV port.
Both boxes are now in working condition.

I’m just sending this out to be on the lookout in the event more of these issues pops up.

Buzz boxes rarely have any issues and is my preferred go to box.

    Thanks

    Thanks

Absolutely original power supply. I had them bring there equipment to me. For 1 end user, I told them to move box A (bad box) to box B location in there home to confirm if the problem follows the box before he dropped it off to me.
He has 2 boxes running in the same household. The problem followed the box.

    Thanks
