make me a list of channels not working with proper channel names full names and provider channel numbers not your number on fta as it may be different then provider actual numbers

I will get to checking them over next couple days to verify and fix as needed

if it is a channel that only one or two people watch it may not be added as may not be feasible
if its a demanding channel it will be fixed
