Freezing

My Buzz X5 box seems to freeze for one second at a time about 10 times when I first tune to a channel. Only lasts about 30-60 seconds. I also tried the Buzz E5 with the same results. The Formular Z10 Pro doesn't do it at all. All three are on the same server. If I remember they freeze on a different server too. Any ideas???

Wired or wireless ? IF wireless, any possibility to do a quick test wired ?
If wireless, can you possibly switch bands (ie: force connection on 2.4Ghz band instead of 5) ?

I forgot to mention it's hardwired. What I don't understand is the Formular has no issues ever!!!

Does the x5 have a stream format option? Unless I was lucky or the person on the phone was yanking my chain, I had him change the stream from automatic to TS and the freezing stopped .

I have not been able to duplicate the person’s behaviour on my e5.

Make sure tunnel playback is disabled in configuration settings

While you are add it, may as well disable the "Real Time Streaming" option that is right above the "Tunneled Playback" option.
