    Default Glitching Issue

    When I start to watch an episode of The Trades in the TV series section part way through it glitches then kick you out of the episode then the box starts to reboot. When I go back to watch it again there is a message that comes up and says media not supported. I tried it with two different servers and the same issue happens. When I change over to the Buzz E5 and also a Formular Z10pro it's flawless. My thought it may be a setting in the X5 that needs to be changed. When I watch other TV series it doesn't glitch.

    What "player" is set for VOD/TV Series ? Menu->settings->configuration and should be on the top. 1st is for LiveTV and the second is for VOD/TVSeries. Try switching players for the VOD/TV Series.

    That was the first thing I tried. Went from primary to backup but still happened

    Just tried Episode 1, on my X5 128AI, using wicked on backup player and had no issues at all. That's 26 minutes of my life I won't get back, but it played flawlessly

    Maybe try clearing the cache of Buzztv5 app ?

    Episode 1 and 2 worked but it was 3 that had the problem. I tried two X5's but I'll still clear the cache and see what happens...thanks

    Are you using the same power supply when you test 2 different X5 ? Is it possible the 5V power supply is just getting weak and failing ? If you have another 5V power supply for them, I'd give it a shot.

    I'll launch ep 3 on my X5 and check on it later and see if it rebooted or not. Not sure I can watch a whole episode

    Ya, I watched the 3rd one as mentioned and no issues either on my X5.
