some channels already sd mpeg-4 keep eye for more to come

look at 677 680 685 690 693 711 and so on


keep looking for the settings to change the channels are there
will just be some settings to change in your hd boxed to get them back

As one final comment. If I make the TP change (to SR21500 and mode turbo) on TP 12268, I now get fox news in SD on channel 507. No rescan needed. This is on a jynxbox. The same tweak does not seem to work on a dreamlink. But don't have time to play with it right now. So it does appear to be a receiver config issue, not a server issue.

So… I have Jyxbox. Unfortunately I did a factory default and rescan. So I lost Fox News channel 507. When I make the changes u suggest, I do get signal. But when I rescan that transponder, no channels come in.

yes in most cases, but they maybe moving channels from SD=91 to HD=82 possibly ? not exactly sure on it.

Is there a thread open (not in the up/down thread) discussing the new channel movements with TP info and so on?

I would first try change tp settings to Turbo 8PSK and 21500

I wont be home for a few days to do some testing

hopefully someone can do some testing I would do a backup first if can

TP 12268 Turbo 8PSK and 21500' tried all FEC settings... no go on viewsat
Won't LyngSat identify the fox news channel in a couple days if its up.

The North Provider (B) is up-grading to Mpeg-4 or SD to HD, as well as moving channels/TP's around etc.

Going to have to wait for the dust to settle to see what shakes out from what they are doing currently, Is my best Guess ?

there's several channels that are mpeg-4 but are still sd

Looks like B3V moved all the missing TP's to TURBO8PSK but didn't turn them on yet. I guess they won't pay technicians OT.

Wondering how subs are getting 9 day EPG right now.
