I am trying to watch tv and all I get is a blank screen on my XRS4500.
I read that I need to try to switch from principal to backup or to switch encoding (automatic/m3u8/TS)
But nothing helps.

can you test with a different app to rule out the service?

I think you are right, I log on OK2 with a different APP and with my tablet and black screen everywhere
OK3 and OK4 are experiencing network issue and they are aware of it, and working on it. I have not tried OK2, but I would not be surprised if it is affected by the network issues also.

If you don't have a backup service, then you just need to wait it out.
