    Default Bluetooth issue

Hi, I wonder why my buzztv don't want to activate bluetooth?

I tried to make a factory default but no difference.

So I'm no able to pair my remote...

    Any idea? Thx

Do you have WiFi enabled ?

Are you wired or wireless ? If you are wired, just "try" to enable and connect using WiFi and try again.

When you say you did factory default, did you do the reset through software menus, or via the "Pin" method and going through the recovery screen ?

Here is the procedure. Different buzz box, but procedure is the same.

You can go into Bluetooth settings and manually add device. Bluetooth is always on so it should "see" remote

1.On your BuzzTV device, navigate to Settings > Remotes & Accessories
    > toggle Bluetooth to ON. Then choose: Add Accessory.
    2. On the BT-250, press and hold the VOL - & the OK
Button for 3 seconds. Once the red light starts flashing,
    release the buttons.
    3. Select “BuzzTV BT-250” on your BuzzTV Device.

    OH.. Glad it helped.

For next time.. The classic, if I recall (not in front of my box right now), has a small button on the left side (as you look at it from the front). Serves same purpose as putting pin in the A/V hole. So you hold the button, while you plug the box in, and hold it till you get the recovery screen.
