T5 setup

have a new t5 unit done a factory reset . put in a new bin. done a factory reset. but it will not lock in the satellite to scan the channels. can someone help

You need to do some Reading etc. The Dreamlink FTA BOXES are basically Door Stops Now with all the changes
That have Happened in the last while.

Check satellite settings to make sure they match your lnb/switch settings. Also if dish is aimed at the satellite you want.
